The Make Your Own Fortune Set
A closing gift has one job: to still be in the house a year later. A hand-made ceramic fortune cookie from my Wilmington studio, it gives your clients a place to write down what they want from the new house, and it goes on the first shelf they unpack and stays there. A small object that holds what they hoped for when they walked in, with your name on the box it came in.
Your clients write a wish for their new home, tuck it inside, and set it somewhere they will pass every day. In every set: one cookie, three slips of paper, and a guidance card, tissue-wrapped in a round matte-navy gift box.

The set price drops with quantity. Customization is priced on top, and every printed option comes with a digital proof before anything is made.

Setup fees cover artwork preparation and printing setup, charged once on your first order of a design; reorders of the same design have setup waived. Digital proofs are included for approval before production.
