Shipping Policy

Orders are packed with care and shipped from Wilmington, North Carolina.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days. Because each ceramic piece is handmade, some items may require additional production time. Any longer lead time will be noted on the product page.

During holidays, new releases, or periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally be extended.

Shipping

Most US orders arrive 3-7 business days after shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that carrier delivery estimates begin once a package has been accepted by the carrier and are separate from our processing time.

Shipping Delays

Kathleen Kalish Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please get in touch and we will be happy to help you determine the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can help make it right.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the carrier first. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will help you determine the appropriate next step.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders follow the lead times and shipping terms provided on our wholesale page or confirmed with your order.
